According to recent reports, Chrysler LLC is looking at bringing back the Barracuda under the newly formed SRT brand which creates the performance lineup for Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep brands. It was originally thought that the Barracuda would be a replacement for the Challenger in 2015 but it now appears that Dodge will keep the Challenger and just give it a fresh new design with a shorter wheelbase to keep it competitive in the pony car class and the Barracuda would be brought in under the SRT badge with something along the lines of a 6.2 Liter Supercharged V-8 engine. This would position the Barracuda to compete against the Ford GT500 and the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. While the design of the SRT Barracuda is not available there is no shortage of renderings available on the web for possible designs that SRT could use. Below we have a few renderings from around the web so tell us what your favorite design is! Read more about the Barracuda here.
